About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Cybersecurity Trainer to design and deliver practical, industry-relevant training programs on topics such as ethical hacking, network security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and security operations. The trainer will create course materials and labs, run live and recorded sessions, assess learner progress, and help prepare candidates for certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+ and other Cyber Security Certifications

Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2–4 years of practical cybersecurity experience (defensive or offensive roles) and/or prior training experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with penetration testing and defensive tools (Kali, Metasploit, Burp, Nessus, Wireshark, Splunk/other SIEM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication with proven presentation or classroom skills.
- Ability to design labs, demonstrations, and assessments that mirror real-world scenarios.
